Booking Information

Bookings

  • Bookings are essential
  • Gold & Silver packages available
  • Gift vouchers available
  • We offer a discount of 10% for booking of 3 nights or more
  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque
  • Prices are in quoted in Australian dollars, including GST – for other currencies please use this currency converter
  • Prices are per night unless otherwise indicated (packages are priced for 2 nights)
  • Single night bookings will only be accepted by special agreement

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in is from 2pm onwards
  • Check-out is by 11am unless alternative arrangements agreed
  • Gold package enjoys a later check-out at midday

Accommodation

  • Towels and all linen provided
  • Comprehensive breakfast provisions supplied
  • Non smoking property (smoking outside only)
  • Sorry, not suitable for children or pets.
  • Please note that we have four resident pets: Bill, Scamp and Hens Royal & Blue.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.

  • 21 days prior to reservation – 15% of deposit
  • 7-20 days prior to reservation – 50% of deposit
  • Less than 7 days prior to reservation – full deposit is forfeited
