• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please make cheques payable to "Briarswood Cottage."
• Suites serviced daily.
• Towels provided.
• Check-in is from 2.00 pm and Check-out is by 11.00 am unless alternative arrangements agreed.
• Cooked breakfast is included in tariff.
• Non smoking property (Smoking outside only.)
• Please note that all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. For other currencies please use this currency converter.
• Tariff is per night unless indicated otherwise.
• 1 night B&B bookings will only be accepted by agreement
• BRIARSWOOD COTTAGE accepts cash, cheque plus the following forms of payment
  
• Briarswood Cottage accommodation is not suitable for children.
• Please note that we have two resident pets, Molly the dog and Billy the cat.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.

   21 days prior to reservation -  15% of deposit
   7-20 days prior to reservation - 50% of deposit
   less than 7 days prior to reservation - full deposit is forfeited.
